Container of Goods – Arrived

We at ReclaimKids are happy to tell you that the container we wrote about a couple months ago has been shipped. We are so grateful for all of those who contributed to its contents, shipping cost and prayers and moral support. The 40ft container was filled with a multitude of medical supplies: 3 defibrillator, 3 portable breathing machines, CPR dummies ranging in size from infant to adult, privacy curtains for the wards, basic medical supplies such as gloves, bandages, needles, and syringes, just to name a few. We also shipped some furniture items for the orphan houses, boxes and boxes of school supplies including at least 2800 notebooks which will give children in 21 schools needed supplies. We also shipped some Bibles, toys, personal items and shoes.

Some of the staff of ReclaimKids has a field visit planned the last of October many of the items that were shipped will be distributed at that time. We are very excited about the difference that will be made in the lives of these children because of your generosity. We will also be dedicating the new church and youth center in Paynesville Liberia. The building has been a real blessing to the children there and the amount of children being taught and helped has increased to about 150, this is about double the original amount that was there prior to the new building. Again we would like to thank you all for your love and compassion to the children of Africa.
